Yuhuan Homes Bathroom Fittings Manufactory is a professional manufacturer of bathroom fittings products. We integrate the product design & development, manufacture and sale. We were founded in 2004. We are located in Yuhuan, Zhejiang Province, known as "the city of valves" In China. At present, we mainly have five categories of product lines, including bathroom fittings, brass valves, brass pipes, OEM fittings, and zinc and aluminum die-castings. We have a complete internal management system. Our management and warehouse management systems were established strictly according to ISO9002 Quality System. Our own designed and developed brass valves and bathroom fittings have passed the evaluation of CUPC Certification and met the requirements of NSF61-9. Our factory occupies more than 10,000sqm, with the construction area of 6,000sqm. Our main equipment include precision meter lathes (98 sets), large-scale precision lathe (1 set), CNC lathes (30sets), punching machines (8 sets), polishing machines (20 sets), HF hot-bonding machines (2 sets), zinc alloy die-casting machines (2 sets) and 1 laboratory. We have 110 staff members, including 15 technicians and engineers. Our factory always insists on the quality policy of "work precisely, and pursue perfectness". We always commit ourselves to establishing a strict quality control system and a standardized manufacturing process, so as to realize our stable quality target. Our products are mainly sold to European and North American markets. Our company always adheres to the concept of "customer comes first and quality is the base".
